1. Will people notice that I’m wearing height insoles?

2. Are they comfortable for long-term daily wear?

3. Do I need to size up my shoes?

  • 3.5cm and above → Best for roomier shoes like trainers and boots or if you're looking for maximum height.
    Start low if you're new, then move up once you're comfortable.

8. Will they affect my walking posture or balance?

9. How do I clean them?
